Lukas Dikker is a guitarist and recording artist/producer, known for his work with Bonne Aparte, Kim Janssen, Herrek and Oliver Oat. He grew up in the Dutch indie and underground scene, moved to Leeuwarden, to Utrecht and Rotterdam, before eventually settling up north again. Under the moniker LUIK, he is building the perfect space for attentive compositions and improvisations. 

Released 10 years after the original recordings, Outrar is a collection of improvisations and sketches in his characteristic, contemplative style. Outrar is the second release by LUIK, following debut album Owls (released on Snowstar Records in 2012). While that album had a distinct band sound and slowcore songs, on the new release Dikker follows a completely different approach. Solo, minimal, guitar improvisations that are still unmistakenly LUIK.

Outrar is released on vinyl and digital on December 13th, 2024.
