Demain Sans Faute – La Fête Est Finie (cassette out now)

For all the lovers of cassette releases, weird experimental kraut/drone music, obscure indie etc: take a listen to this one! We’ve got 15 copies of the cassettes in store. Have a nice weekend!

Demain Sans Faute is the solo project of Aurel (aka L’Austral) from Brest, France. His music is a rich blend of kraut, psychedelia, experimental sounds, and polyrhythms—long tracks intertwined with short improvisations on synthesizers, guitars, and percussion.

La Fête Est Finie is the fourth album by Demain Sans Faute, recorded and mixed at the Epicericords studio in Finistère, France, between February and April 2025. This concise album features two long pieces, improvised and then rearranged, before finally being re-injected into a small feedback table.

Welcome LUIK!

We’re super siked to announce the addition of LUIK to the Tiny Room family! Indie luminary Lukas Dikker (Bonne Aparte, Kim Janssen, Herrek) has his humble comeback 12 years after the LUIK debut Owls (Snowstar Records), with a sequel on which he breaks completely new ground. Outrar is a collection of minimal guitar improvisations, and will be released mid-December on Tiny Room Records. Curious? This Friday we’ll release the first song/video off the album!

Welcome Kristóf Hajós!

Yay! It’s finally time to announce this new signing! We are delighted to welcome Dutch-Hungarian queer singer/songwriter Kristóf Hajós to the Tiny Room family. Right now we’re putting the finishing touches to his new album, 6:00PM. This co-release, with Kristóf’s own label Bitterfly Music, will see the light of day (limited coral red vinyl!) in February 2025.

We’re super excited for you all to hear these unique indie disco sad crooner songs about queer adulthood 🌈 First single Lazy Heart can already be found on all streaming platforms!

New signing: Boeije

Hooray, we hereby welcome a new addition to the Tiny Room family! The band Boeije is the autobiographical project of singer and guitarist Rienko Boeije, who grew up in Zeeland. His songs are sometimes small and intimate, sometimes grand and almost exploding with bombast. The Dutch lyrics take you through existential themes such as faith, doubt, decay, and growing up on the borders of the Bible Belt. Debut album ‘Uit Gewoonte en Bijgeloof’ (recorded at Katzwijm & Oude Kerk Charlois) will be released on Tiny Room Records this fall.
